- These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Roam™ app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Roam™ Marketplace, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
- Riders must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method.
- Trip drivers must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, maintain valid insurance, and operate a safe and roadworthy vehicle.
- Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and secure.
- You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.
- The Company provides a technology platform that connects drivers with riders for ridesharing. The Company is not a transportation provider, common carrier, or taxi service. Drivers are independent providers, and riders contract directly with drivers.
- No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created between Roam™ and any user.
- Trip drivers must comply with all traffic laws, drive safely, and may not interact with the app while operating a vehicle.
- Riders must behave respectfully, avoid unsafe conduct, and comply with cancellation policies.
- Prohibited uses include: fraudulent trips, tampering with GPS or mileage, harassment, use of bots or automation, reverse engineering, or scraping of the Platform.
- Riders agree to pay fares, fees, and applicable charges through the Platform.
- Trip drivers will receive payouts as specified in the app, subject to deductions, service fees, and Roam’s sole discretion.
- The Company may adjust, withhold, or deny payments in cases of fraud, error, or ineligibility.
- Users are responsible for their own taxes.
- Users may provide feedback, ratings, or reviews. You agree that these may be displayed publicly
- Manipulation, retaliation, or abusive reviews are prohibited. The Company may moderate or remove feedback at its discretion.

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal use.

- Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Company Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.
